Ending to another season

Closing another chapter...

This summer has completely flown by! They say time flies when you’re having fun and let me tell you that this summer has been a blast! Working at PiNK this summer has blessed me way beyond measure! God has definitely blessed me not only with a Staff position at PiNK, but also enabling me to learn and grow this summer. This series Rooted discussed where our roots are planted and where they should be planted. We broke down 1 Timothy 4:11-13 piece by piece in order to examine our own life and let me tell you, it totally rocked my world. What I was learning at Bible Study was constantly being tested outside the Bible Study walls. Whether it be spiritual warfare or trials, God constantly granted me the knowledge of His promises and just plain endurance to keep going. It is always a bittersweet time when Bible Study ends at the PiNK office. We look back on the memories that were formed, ways that God moved, and lives that were changed and rejoice in that. We also think how much we already miss the energy and smiles the girls brought every week. This year, there’s a change. Instead of waiting all the way to Christmas, PiNK has decided to host a One Night Only Bible Study on September 8th. More about that later, but how exciting! It’s always an encouraging and reflective time to look back on this season and see how much was accomplished while also looking forward and anticipating more of God is going to do!
